News and Record Article: An important clarification!
On "one-stop shopping": the (two) terminals for research mentioned in the article have been in the office for 10 years. My intended point was that my opponent has just decided made calls over the past several weeks to get those terminals integrated into the pc's in her office. Right now the terminatls are in separate computers. That is her idea of a "one-stop shop". I disagree totally! This is also another example of a non-collaborative approach with the Tax Department and other Departments during an election year. I view it as "too little- too late" and she is trying to respond to my positions on service integration and collaboration.
